Terms used in specifications of Koshelek services and interfaces


Anonymous loyalty card

An active (i.e. not blocked) loyalty card (new or existing, including a card with non-zero loyalty points) that is not associated with any client in the partner’s CRM.

Banking product

A bank card (credit or debit) associated with one or several bank accounts. It is used to pay for goods and services online and offline and to withdraw cash.

Customer (of a loyalty program)

A person having a loyalty card registered in a partner’s CRM.

Issuer (of a bank card)

Credit and financial organization that provides banking cards for customers.

Koshelek App

A mobile application for Android or iOS where the users can collect, issue, and use digital equivalents of retailer loyalty cards, gift certificates (cards) and digital banking products.

Loyalty card

A plastic or other loyalty card of a partner and corresponding digital equivalent issued in the Koshelek App. The card is identified in partner’s CRM by a number. The number is formatted in a special way for each partner and can contain digits, letters, punctuation and other special characters.

Partner (loyalty program operator)

An organization that provides a loyalty program for its customers.

Partner’s business account

Customized website section of the Koshelek for Business. This section allows vendors to operate their loyalty programs and provide issuance of their loyalty cards in the Koshelek App.

Promo (promotional offer)

Limited period offer within partner’s loyalty program available to the program participants who have issued the loyalty card in the Koshelek App.

User

A user of the Koshelek App that issues a partner loyalty card. Each user of the Koshelek App has an account where a verified phone number is used as an identifier (login) of the user. Only registered users can issue loyalty cards in the Koshelek App.
